Refund Policy
1. After the Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) approval process is completed (when the application is finished and the result is notified by the officer), it is generally not possible to cancel the approval, and customer refund requests will not be accepted.
2. Cancellation and refund processing is possible before the service is completed.
Cancellation Requirement: Cancellation and refund are only possible if the status of your application is "Under Review" or "Change Photo" after payment.
(Refunds are not possible if the status is ‘Processing’, ‘Approved by the Ministry of Justice’, or ‘Rejected by the Ministry of Justice’.)
3. Cancellation and refund requests will be processed on the same day.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Laws
These Terms of Use are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Thailand.
In case of controversy or disagreement between the User and the company arising from these Terms of Use, both parties agree to submit their resolution, at their free choice and expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, to the competent Courts and Tribunals of the place of residence of the User and, where appropriate, Customer.
